What you’ll see.
- Walk through Serenity.
- See the bedrooms and gathering spaces.
- Meet the people behind the care.
- Ask the questions that matter to you and your family.
And most importantly, decide whether Serenity feels like home.
What to bring.
- Your questions. Write them down. It’s easy to forget half of them once you’re in the house.
- Your loved one, if they’re able. It’s their decision too, and a home is easier to judge with them in it.
- Anyone else who’s part of the decision. A sibling or a spouse. One tour with everyone beats three.
- If you have them: a current medication list and any recent hospital discharge papers. They help us give you a clearer picture of care and cost.
