Our Home
This is home, not a facility.
A beautifully renovated, nearly 3,000-square-foot house in a quiet, established Simi Valley neighborhood, set up for six residents and the people who care for them.

Bright, open and exceptionally clean.

Serenity has been renovated from top to bottom, from paint and finishes to insulation. It feels practically new. Inside, it’s bright, open and spacious, with large bedrooms, comfortable places to gather, and a dining room where residents share freshly prepared meals.
Everything is on one floor. The double front doors make wheelchair access easy, and the wide driveway leaves room for emergency vehicles.
The bedrooms.
Five bedrooms for six residents: four private rooms and one shared room.
Every bedroom is large, with a 55″ television and a ceiling fan with its own remote. Residents are free to decorate and make the room their own: their photos, their blanket, their favorite chair.
