What we look for.
We look beyond experience and qualifications for people who are patient, dependable and compassionate.
To work at Serenity, you’ll need to:
- Be HCA certified
- Pass Live Scan fingerprinting and state and FBI criminal background checks
- Have a TB clearance and complete the required health exam
- Speak clear, understandable English (bilingual is a plus)
Serenity trains its caregivers in safe mobility and transfers, fall awareness, personal care and memory care.
