Serenity Senior Living Home texts the people who ask us to. These terms apply to every text we send.

What you’ll get

When you agree on a form on this website, or tell us by phone or text that we may text you, Serenity Senior Living Home texts you about your tour request: confirmations, reminders and answers to your questions. Job applicants get texts about their application and interview scheduling. If you separately agree to updates, we also send occasional news about openings and events at Serenity.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop

Reply STOP at any time. We’ll send one text confirming you’ve opted out, and no more texts unless you sign up again.

It’s optional

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of a tour, of moving in or of employment.

Your number

Only agree for a mobile number that is yours, or that you’re allowed to use.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Information only. This website describes Serenity and the care we provide. It isn’t medical, legal or financial advice, and it isn’t an offer or a contract. Whether Serenity is right for your family member is decided after an in-person assessment, and the terms of residence are set out in the written admission agreement.

Rates and availability. Rates, services and room availability shown on this website can change. Each resident’s rate is confirmed in writing.

Licensing. Serenity Senior Living Home is a residential care facility for the elderly licensed by the California Department of Social Services, License # 565850788.

Photos and content. The photos, text and logo on this website belong to Serenity or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them commercially without asking us first.

Other websites. Some links, such as the 3D tour, open pages run by other companies. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No guarantees. We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Serenity isn’t liable for losses that come from using it.

California law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes. If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
